VART_QC Variance quality flag
QC flags labelling surface velocity vectors whose temporal variance is smaller than a maximum variance threshold with a “good data” flag. Otherwise, the vectors are labelled with a “bad data” flag. This test is applicable only to Beam Forming (BF) systems. Data files from Direction Finding (DF) systems will apply instead the “Temporal Derivative” test
